Payments & Cancellations:

When you make a reservation for a product via the Just Fly Tours website, your payment information is collected and processed. The accepted credit cards are Mastercard and Visa, with no additional charges for processing. Full payment is required at the time of reservation, appearing as Just Fly Tours on your statement. No refunds are available once a tour or service has started or for any used package, accommodation, meals, or other services. If you cancel a reservation, the supplier's cancellation policy applies, and you will be notified of your total refund via email or phone.

·         - Upon confirmation, you make a 50% down payment, and the balance (50%) should be paid 35 days prior to arrival.

·         - Kindly note that you have 48 hours to pay the balance on the required date. Otherwise, the company will have the right to cancel the reservation automatically, and the 50% is non-refundable in this case.


The standard cancellation policy is as follows:

1.   For day tours without flights, cancellation is allowed 24 hours before arrival time.

2.   For packages & day tours with flights, the cancellation policy varies by season:

·         High/Peak Season (1st Sep to 5th Jan and 15th Mar to 15th May):

o    - From the booking date until 61 days before arrival, 20% of the tour price is charged.

o    - Between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 40% of the tour price is charged.

o    - Between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 60% of the tour price is charged.

o    - Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 85% of the tour price is charged.

o    - Between 6 days and one day before arrival, 100% of the tour price is charged.

·         Low Season (6th Jan to 14th Mar and 16th May to 31st Aug):

o    - From the booking date until 61 days before arrival, 10% of the tour price is charged.

o    - Between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 25% of the tour price is charged.

o    - Between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the tour price is charged.

o    - Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 80% of the tour price is charged.

o    - Between 6 days and one day before arrival, 100% of the tour price is charged.

Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment. If no refund/cancellation policy is in place, it will be clearly communicated to prevent disputes. In case of a transaction error during payment, a refund will typically be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Delivery/Shipment Policy :

(sunpyramidstours.com) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC's (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with Egyptian law.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Payment Processing:

Under this agreement, Just Fly Tours Limited provides payment processing services for purchases made on this website on behalf of Just Fly Tours Inc., or by Just Fly Tours Inc., or by Just Fly Tours Systems Pty, depending on the payment method used for the service purchase.

If you opt to pay with a credit or debit card and the payment is processed via a European acquirer, these terms constitute an agreement between you and Just Fly Tours Limited. 

For all other purchases, these terms form an agreement between you and Just Fly Tours Inc. or Just Fly Tours Systems Pty, with services being delivered directly by Just Fly Tours Inc. or Just Fly Tours Systems Pty.

Just Fly Tours Vouchers:

For each tour, event, or service booked, you’ll receive a unique Just Fly Tours voucher (“Voucher”). You’ll be given access to a secure webpage hosted by Just Fly Tours, where you can access and print your Voucher(s).

You must present the original, authentic Just Fly Tours Voucher to the relevant service provider to redeem your tour, ticket, or package. With a valid Just Fly Tours Voucher, your reservation can be honored and redeemed.

For security reasons, you must present a valid Photo ID and sign the Just Fly Tours Voucher when redeeming it. This helps with identification and prevents fraud. In some instances, Just Fly Tours may also require you to present the credit or debit card used to purchase your tour or ticket at the time of redemption. This is typically for attraction and show tickets and helps prevent credit card misuse. 

You’ll be informed at checkout if you need to present the credit or debit card used for booking. In some cases, this requirement may be waived, usually to facilitate gift purchases. However, this can only be done by contacting Just Fly Tours’s Customer Care team once your booking is confirmed, and any changes or amendments are at Just Fly Tours’s discretion.

Terms of Use :

·         - Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.

·         - Egypt is our country of domicile.

·         - Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited from registering as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

·         - If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

·         - The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

·         - We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in EGP (or any other agreed currencies).
